杨秀祝，男，汉族，1961年生，祖籍山东省莱阳市人。毕业于中央党校研究生院。先后供职于中国公安部、中国民政部（副局级）。現任中國徐悲鴻畫院副院長兼互联网监管办公室主任。
Yang Xiuzhu, male, Han nationality, born in 1961, was born in Laiyang City, Shandong Province. Graduated from the Graduate School of the Central Party School. Successively served in China's Ministry of Public Security and China's Ministry of Civil Affairs (deputy bureau level). He is the director of the Internet Regulatory Office.
