王恩東，汉族，1963年生，畢業於南開大學，獲經濟學博士。曾先後任市長助理、審計局局長、高新經濟開發區管委會主任等職。現任副院長，分管文化產業。
Wang Enyi, Han nationality, was born in 1963. He graduated from Nanfang University with a doctorate degree. Zeng first served as assistant to the mayor, director of the Bureau of Planning and Planning, and director of the Administrative Committee of the High-tech Economic Development area. Lai served as vice president, in charge of cultural industries.
