為弘揚中華民族文化、學習美術教育家徐悲鴻先生愛國主義精神、堅持藝術為國家和民族服務的崇高品德。徐悲鴻畫院成立於1992年,隸屬於中華人民共和國文化部僑聯,時任全國人大常委會副委員長程思遠、全國政協常委廖靜文任名譽院長。
根据党的十八大关于推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的精神,在原文化部侨联徐悲鸿画院的机构上,经北京市政府主管部门批准,依法新注册成立集:组织文化艺术交流活动、文艺创作、文化科学研究、自然科学研究、工程技术研究开发与推广等为一体的“北京徐悲鸿画院有限公司”、统一社会信用代码:91110105MA00G2QT2J,具有独立法人资格、是中国徐悲鸿画院有限公司董亊局成员之一。徐悲鸿画院为适应新时代发展需要,面向海内外招聘多学科研究人才,充实画院科研团队為中国现代化建设服务做出新的贡献。

In order to adapt to the development needs of the new era, Xu Beihong's Painting Academy recruits multidisciplinary research talents from home and abroad, and enriches the scientific research team of the Painting Academy to make new contributions to serving China's modernization drive.
