谭全昌、汉族、毕业于中央民族大学美术学院，中国美术家协会理事，中国徐悲鸿画院副院长，吉林省美术家协会常务副主席，吉林省画院院长，国家一级美术师。

   Tan Quanchang, Han ethnicity, graduated from the School of Fine Arts at Central University for Nationalities. He is a director of the China Artists Association, vice president of the Xu Beihong Painting Academy in China, executive vice chairman of the Jilin Artists Association, president of the Jilin Painting Academy, and a national first-class artist.
