陳士斌、男、汉族、1957年生於安徽亳州，毕业于阜陽師範大學藝術系美術專業，進修中央美術學院、中國藝術研究院。現任:大連藝術學院教授、中國美術家協會會員、中國油畫學會會員、中國徐悲鴻畫院油畫院副院書長、遼寧省普通高等學校教學指導委員。
   Chen Shibin, male, Han ethnicity, born in 1957 in Bozhou, Anhui Province, graduated from the Art Department of Fuyang Normal University with a major in Fine Arts. He studied at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the China Academy of Art. Current position: Professor at Dalian Academy of Art, member of China Artists Association, member of China Oil Painting Society, Vice Dean of Oil Painting Institute at China Xu Beihong Academy of Painting, and Teaching Guidance Committee Member of Liaoning Province General Higher Education Institutions.
